- Nature of Services
Entrywaydesignpro offers professional, personalized entryway design and implementation services. Please note that we provide on-site installation and construction services, rather than digital designs, CAD drawings, or downloadable files. Within our European service areas, our professionals travel directly to the client’s designated location to execute the customized design and installation plan. - Payment Terms & One-Time Purchases
One-Time Transactions: All purchases made through our website are strictly one-time charges for specific, agreed-upon service packages. We do not operate subscription models, recurring auto-billings, or installment plans.
- Digital Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights (EU Compliance)
Because our personalized design and planning coordination initiates digitally and instantaneously upon booking:
Immediate Delivery: The digital fulfillment, conceptualization, and resource allocation for your personalized service begin immediately after payment confirmation.
Waiver of 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Under European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from online service contracts. However, by purchasing our personalized services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that digital delivery and service preparation begin immediately, and you explicitly waive your 14-day statutory right of cancellation and refund once performance of the service has begun.
- Refund & Chargeback Policy
No Refunds for Initialized Services: Because our customized planning and on-site scheduling resources are immediately committed upon order placement, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital delivery/service setup has commenced.
Chargeback Prevention: In accordance with payment gateway (Stripe) guidelines, initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute for services that have been legally fulfilled or initiated in accordance with these terms constitutes a breach of contract. We retain the right to submit these Terms of Service—including proof of digital fulfillment and the signed waiver of withdrawal rights—to financial institutions and Stripe to contest fraudulent disputes.
- Limitation of Liability
NEW INTERIOR CONCEPT PTE. LTD. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the execution of our on-site services, beyond the total amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction in question. - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For European consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country of residence will continue to apply where applicable.
