We provide personalized on-site entryway design and setup services to customers located exclusively within the European region.
- Nature of Services & One-Time Purchases
On-Site Execution: We provide physical on-site entryway design, planning, and implementation services at your specified location within Europe, rather than mere digital blueprints, CAD drawings, or downloadable files.
One-Time Transactions: All purchases processed through our platform are strictly one-time charges. We do not operate recurring subscription models, automatic renewals, or installment billings. Your payment card will be billed once per transaction through Stripe.
- Digital Delivery & Waiver of 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliance)
Because our personalized design coordination, scheduling, and digital planning phase initiate immediately upon successful payment:
Immediate Delivery & Performance: The digital setup, resource allocation, and preparation for your on-site service begin immediately after order confirmation.
Waiver of Statutory Withdrawal Rights: Under the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), online purchases typically carry a 14-day cooling-off period. However, because our service delivery and digital preparation begin instantly:
“Once digital delivery and service preparation have commenced, the user explicitly waives their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and refund.”
By placing an order, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has started.
- Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Before Service Initiation: If you wish to cancel an order before any digital preparation, resource allocation, or scheduling has commenced, you may contact us at answers@entrywaydesignpro.com within 24 hours of purchase to request a review.
After Service Initiation / Delivery: Due to the customized nature of our on-site design services and the immediate allocation of professional resources upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once digital delivery, planning, or scheduling has begun. No refunds will be issued for services that have been partially or fully rendered.
- Chargebacks and Dispute Prevention
Because our services involve digital initiation and lack physical shipping tracking numbers, they are susceptible to unjustified payment disputes.
In accordance with Stripe and international card brand guidelines, opening a chargeback after services have been digitally initiated or delivered—or after explicitly waiving the 14-day withdrawal right—constitutes a breach of these terms.
We retain the right to submit this Refund Policy, IP logs, proof of digital order fulfillment, and your explicit consent to Stripe and financial institutions to contest fraudulent or ungrounded chargebacks.
